THE SPACE
Four bedrooms and four beds, sleeping up to eight. Three full bathrooms plus a half bath on the main floor. A full kitchen with a separate kitchenette, a dining room, a living room, and a dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer. Air conditioning and heating throughout, with room darkening shades in the bedrooms and a laptop friendly workspace.

THE SETTING
The house is an end unit backing onto a natural ravine, so the rear of the property is green and quiet with no neighbour behind. The garden has outdoor seating and a gas barbecue plumbed directly into the house.

THE AREA
Joshua Meadows in north Oakville, a newer residential pocket laid out around parks and walking trails between River Oaks and Glenorchy. Uptown Core is minutes away for groceries and everyday shops. Downtown Oakville and the lakefront are roughly fifteen minutes by car.

I won't be available in person, and prefer communicating through the app

• This is the owner's own home and he stays here between bookings. A few closets and storage areas are kept private for his belongings. Everything else in the home is yours to use.
• The home is on a quiet residential street. Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM and we do enforce them, so please keep noise down in the backyard and driveway late in the evening.
• The backyard backs onto a natural ravine. Expect insects, occasional wildlife, fallen leaves, and uneven ground beyond the patio. Please supervise children in the yard.
• The outdoor furniture and landscaping are being refreshed, so the rear yard may not match earlier photos during that work.
• Garbage collection is Friday morning and bins are returned to the garage the same day. On stays of a week or longer we will ask you to handle this, and the welcome guide explains it.
• Free parking is provided in the private driveway and garage. Additional street parking is not guaranteed and is subject to Town of Oakville rules.
• We are not responsible for interruptions to utilities, internet, or other services outside of our control.
