This home is cottage living, a friendly oasis and children’s paradise in the heart of the city for your perfect family vacation. This charming lakefront beach house has everything you could dream of in a carefree vacation.

The Beach House features six bedrooms which includes a room off the main bedroom. Five of the bedrooms are located on the second floor, while the sixth bedroom is in the basement. There are two three-piece bathrooms, one on the second floor and one in the basement. With sleeping arrangements for up to 10 people, ample storage, two kitchens, and three ovens, this house provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The backyard and side yard are fenced, offering privacy and security.

The sliding patio door and screened porch seamlessly connects the indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air and the beauty of the surroundings.

The fully stocked kitchen provides all the essential cooking amenities for preparing meals or barbecuing.

The Beach House also offers access to outdoor amenities including a back patio, a gas barbecue grill, an outdoor shower, a life-size two-story children's playhouse, a climbing structure, inflatable toys, paddleboards, a kayak, and an outdoor swing.

This is the perfect home for a family vacation or a place to reconnect with friends where you can witness stunning sunsets, observe people strolling by on the back patio, and gaze at the stars over the lake. In the morning, savor a cup of coffee in the garden while watching ducks swim right past you. Restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, and shops are just a block away, and public transit is conveniently located one block from the house, providing easy access to downtown in just 20 minutes.

The not so small 'small print':
• Window air conditioning units are in all bedrooms except for the bedroom in the basement. There is also a ductless unit to cool the main floor, as well as a window unit in the kitchen. This beach house does not have central air.
• No parties are permitted.
• This is a family home suited for family living. Large gatherings are not allowed and will be shut down.
• All outdoor security cameras will remain active.
• No pets allowed.
