- Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Arrival before 3PM or after 10PM is subject to host`s approval. Early/Late check in fee is $50. The earliest possible check-in time is 1 PM.
- Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late checkout may be available with host approval, and the latest possible checkout time is 1:00 PM for a $50 fee. Any unapproved late checkouts will incur a $65 charge per hour.
-Extra housekeeping is available upon request for a fee of $100 per cleaning.
-Luggage storage is available from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM ($25 for up to 3 suitcases. ; additional suitcases are $10 each)
- Self-parking is available for $50. Reservations can be made by contacting us in advance. Spaces are limited and offered on a first-pay, first-served basis.
- Any noise complaints, gatherings, or events reported by building security will incur a $500 charge.
- A $200 fee will be charged for any lost or stolen parking pass.
- A $600 fee will be charged for any lost or stolen building access fob or key.
- Our property has a strict no-pet policy. Violations will result in a $450 charge per incident.
-Smoking is prohibited. Violators will be charged $500 per incident.
