'The bed was WAY too soft. The towel hanger is 4 inches from the toilet bowl. Handles are loose. Lamps don’t work. At least one light switch should be illuminated but none of them were. Shower doors don’t close fully. No towel bars on wall, only shower door. Bathroom fans are loud but ineffective. A big pet peeve is the round toilets, not elongated (oval), so not comfortable for guys. The free breakfast was tasteless and VERY busy, usually running out of things. Just off the 401 so it’s loud....

'The hotel is perfect if you’re attending an event at the Rogers Stadium since it’s located in a mall with a subway station. The staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful. That being said, it is a 3-star hotel so you should expect as much. The towels were all different thicknesses, some stained; the robes were also stained; and the shower floor seemed to have stains from seemingly having had a mat on it at some point. The shower drain also randomly clogged on the morning we were checking out....

'Very nice hotel. Still dealing with growing pains as it’s a new property. Will need to change a few things soon so that they don’t become a problem, such as not having a rain shower head on the wall as there is no water pressure and you need to stand almost against the wall to get wet.'

'There's no AC in the room or air circulation, and the heat was controlled elsewhere. I texted the owner twice about the heat, and it dropped by a bit but rebounded. Unless I left the door open, and the room opens to the kitchen, there's nowhere for the heat to go. I was sweltering for most of the stay.
The bedding doesn't include a flat sheet between the blanket, which was a bit odd. They provide 2 bath towels but no hand towel, so I brought my own based on previous reviews. The shower water...

'Clean room, comfy bed. The SHOWER was AMAZING! I was able to wash some clothing quickly before a show. It's located in a perfect place close to food places, and a short walk to bus stops that can take you to the subway lines. The restaurants by the place are also really nice. It was perfect stay and comfortable. '

'When my stay ended Globalstay asked me to review the condo I stayed in. I reported that the showerhead in the ensuite bathroom was defective and needed to be replaced. The company then charged me $100 to replace the showerhead saying that I had torn it apart. I did not damage this showerhead or any part of the condo and I believe, based on other reviews I have now looked at, that booking this unit was a mistake.'

'Novotel is een prachtige uitvalsbasis voor het winkelcentrum in Vaghaun. Personeelsleden zijn vriendelijk, vooral de man die het ontbijtbuffet organiseert is vriendelijk, meelevend en geïnteresseerd. Aan te bevelen aan iedereen die Toronto aandoet en de zakelijke binnenstad even zou willen omzeilen. Novotel Vaughan biedt luxe, gemak en is goed bereikbaar. 'An excellent location and a perfectly size room that met all my needs. Added bonus was the kitchenette, the fridge and microwave gave me the option to take leftovers from a restaurant and warm up for a a snack or a second meal. Will definitely stay in this location again next time I am in the area. And added bonus is that they are part of the Hilton group of companies so you get points as well towards other benefits.'
