'We had us a wonderful time at the Riverside Stable Cottage, which looks very nice, is very comfortable and also clean. The countryside out there is beautiful and so is the view from the cottage itself. Inside the cottage everything we needed was provided for which made it a perfectly relaxing stay. Communication with owner Simon went smoothly; he answered all questions we had promptly. Whenever we're around Maidstone again, we'd love to come back to the Riverside Stable Cottage! '

'Lovely little cottage with a nice garden at a perfect spot in downtown Tenterden. Very friendly reception at arrival of owner Julia. The kitchen was beautifully updated and very well equipped incl. Nespresso coffee machine. House was spotless clean. Good and a bit firm beds and great bathroom. Good pubs and restaurants all within walking distance, e.g. The Vine, The White Lion, Montalbano, The Woolpack and for great afternoon tea and/or lunch Peggotty’s. In short: stay at Julia’s! '

'Lovely stay at the stables. They have been converted to a high standard and were very comfortable for our family with two small children. It was great that there was a stair gate in the top bedroom as there isn’t a door. Had a nice meal at the local pub and in easy reach by car of local visiting sites. The hosts were very helpful and friendly and let us wander around their lovely garden. Would recommend. '

'Wat een heerlijk huis in het charmante Royal Tunbridge Wells! Het ligt rustig, een beetje heuvelopwaarts en midden in het stadscentrum. Het treinstation is 10 minuten lopen, met er tegenover een supermarkt. Het huis is erg ruim, licht en voelt heel knus aan. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien m.b.t. koken, eten etc. De badkamer heeft een bad. De grote slaapkamer heeft een royaal bed met luxueus beddengoed. Ik heb er heerlijk geslapen. 'We stayed for four nights in June and were delighted with the facilities provided. One king size bedroom, one double bedroom and a small room suitable for a child (we brought our own crib for the baby). Small details like the stair gate and a few toys helped too. The patio furniture was well used as we had glorious weather. Staplecross is well placed for exploring Rye. Hastings, local vineyards and National Trust properties. We would like to return next year!'

'very close to the beach, just over the road, its better less stony if you walk about 10 mins to the right, about 5 min walk to reception, lodge is located in a quiet park of the park, I always take a tv as my son is socially anxious, and didnt leave the lodge at all, until we left, I felt it would of been useful to have a tv in the double room, as my son took over the only tv, with his xbox, and i got sent to my room, to watch tv, it was nice having the decking outside, could do with outdoor...

'We instantly felt at home in this holiday house – and so did our dogs! Everything was super clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed - and much more. The fully fenced garden was a big plus, so our dogs could run around freely.There were even bowls, towels, and some treats for the dogs (and also for us)– such a thoughtful touch! 'We stayed at Buttercup Cottage for four nights. It is located 5 mins drive from Rye town centre in a quiet, private location with allocated parking. The studio is spacious and the facilities are excellent for self-catering. We also ate twice at Layla's, a turkish restaurant, which is highly recommended. The town gets busy in the holiday season so you may need to book. The cottage also has a very helpful guide for visitors with lots of tips and advice to improve your stay. The shower extractor...

'Het huis is erg gezellig, zeer volledig en mooi ingericht. De eigenaars waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. In de directe omgeving kun je goed wandelen. Omdat het vliegveld op een half uur rijden is, kon onze dochter ook langskomen.'
