There are only a handful of homes that enjoy the incredible vista of Tomakin beach, the river mouth and picturesque coastline to Broulee island.



The ever-changing landscape of sand bars and waves crashing onto the beach is breathtaking.



A gate from the fully fenced backyard provides access to three beaches that will make for the holiday of your dreams. You can walk to the fantastic Rivermouth Cafe for your morning coffee fix or the newly renovated Tomakin Club for dinner or lunch. 5 minutes drive to the Tomakin IGA, Smokey Dans restaurant and bottle shop with the Tomakin boat ramp just around the corner.



Upon entering you will find 3 bedrooms (1 x king, 1 x queen and single bunks) and a kitchenette. This leads out to the level backyard.



Upstairs is the main bedroom (1 x king) with ensuite, a beautiful open kitchen and living opening onto the deck at the back with panoramic views of Tomakin Cove.



There is also another deck at the front if the winds are too strong in the afternoon. There is a beautiful combustion fire place upstairs as well as reverse cycle air conditioning for ultimate comfort. You will want for nothing at this home.
