'The location of the hotel is very nice and somewhat remote. The hotel has its own private bay with beach. The sea is very wild, not wild enough to surf but dangerous to swim in! Last week someone drowned here. We spoke to a number of local people and these indicated that people drowned here regularly. The Hotel is built against a mountain, not suitable for less-abled people. There is no communal pool available. Please note when you're booking a room. We booked a room in low season without a pool...

'We were badly advised by the housing manager who told us that we could do our shopping on foot because the house is far from everything. At the end of the stay the way to the beach was impassable. There was no freezer and the fridge didn't work very well. Not recommended for travelers without a car.'

'I love this house is my favorite in san juan del sur. The view is stunning. The house is super clean, comfortable, cleaned and spacious. The kitchen area outside in the second floor terrace is to die for with an infinity pool right next to it and beach louge chairs and the most amaxing view of the san juan del sur bay.
