Oceanfront Living

Step outside to a wraparound wood deck with panoramic water views, an expansive oceanfront lawn, a wood-burning fire pit, and shoreline access directly from the property. Whether you’re having morning coffee on the deck, dining outside, or watching the sky change over the water by the fire, the outdoor spaces are made for taking in the changing tides, sunsets, and coastal weather.

Concrete steps currently descend partway toward the sand and are being extended between guest stays to create a continuous staircase to the shoreline. Until that work is complete, the final section requires navigating uneven natural coastal terrain that may include rocks and wet or slippery surfaces. Conditions can change with tides and weather, so guests should use caution and assess the route before continuing. This access may not be suitable for everyone.

Designed for Slow Coastal Days

Inside, warm textures and finishes, thoughtful custom details, and an open, airy layout keep the home connected to the landscape outside. The bright, vaulted living room features comfortable seating, a 55" Amazon Ember Artline TV, and a gas fireplace finished in specially sourced tile chosen to reflect the ever-changing mood of the Washington coast. Depending on the light, the tile shifts between soft gray and deep blue, echoing the water and sky just outside.

The fully stocked kitchen opens directly into the living room, with a large ocean-view breakfast bar for casual meals or sitting with a drink while someone cooks. Just off the main living area is “Ship’s Corner,” our window-lined custom dining banquette designed specifically as a place to come together. It’s a cozy, versatile spot for long meals, puzzles, board games, reading, lounging, or watching storms roll across the water.

Rest & Unwind

Both bedrooms are designed as quiet retreats with king beds, Smart TVs, room-darkening window coverings, bedside conveniences, and storage, making the home especially comfortable for couples, friends, or families traveling together.

Two full spa-inspired bathrooms give everyone plenty of room to unwind. The primary bedroom includes a private bath with a walk-in shower, while the second full bathroom features a tub and shower combination.

Crabbing & Outdoor Gear

The attached garage is stocked with beach towels, lawn games, movable outdoor chairs, lanterns, fishing and crabbing gear, and other outdoor essentials for guest use. The exterior half-bath is also available and is especially convenient after time at the beach or when cleaning fishing and crabbing gear.

Guests are responsible for checking current Washington licensing, seasons, harvest limits, closures, and shellfish safety requirements before fishing, crabbing, or harvesting.
