Nice and clean, looks like pictures. Will book for future fam vacations. The checking time was pushed back we had to wait for it to be cleaned that was the only negative in the whole trip but manager was willing to compensate.

The house is beautiful! All of the bedrooms are big, and the beds are very comfortable. The set up is: 3 bedrooms on the main level (the two grey ones with the queen beds and bunk beds, and the tan room). The lower level has the other 5, 3 of them are right by the stairs, the pink room is down the hall right before the game room, and the room with the 2 sets of bunk beds is off the game room. the lower level has 2 full bathrooms off the hall way. The upper level has one off the hallway, just past the common living area, and the 4th bathroom is off one of the bedrooms. The shower in the upper level hall (blue tile all glass) is something out of a dream fantasy! Hot water that lasts forever and water pressure that is seriously impressive. Everyone else said that the other showers were just as awesome, but I was too impressed with that one to try any of the others. The house also has plenty of pans, including baking sheets, and dishes. My grandchildren LOVED having their own rooms, as did all of us adults. There are 2 large TVs (living room and gaming room). Internet and cell service was great! There are games and puzzles, although it appears that previous guests weren't very respectful in putting away the games and puzzles. Games including: Bingo, jenga, battleship, twistler, candyland, guess who, sorry, clue, and others. I highly recommend this house, and hope to return next year. The owner, Yuiry, was very responsive to any questions we had.

Great House for Fun in the Poconos!

What a great setup for a fun weekend! A bunch of young adults enjoyed a trip to this home, which was spacious and clean, and in a gated community. The owner Yuriy was very accessible and helpful at all times! Highly recommended!

Spacious Home with Great Entertainment and Convenient Location

We had a great stay at this house, which comfortably accommodated our large party. There was plenty of entertainment to keep everyone engaged, including board games, arcade games, card games, and table games. The location was also very convenient, being close to the casino, mountain activities, and outlet shopping. The only downsides were a broken bed (which the host offered to have someone come and fix) and the hot water running out as our large group showered back-to-back. Despite these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t mind staying here again!

Great Host

We had a great stay at this property for a quick 2 night trip. Location is good for the poconos and the place was big enough to accommodate our family and friends group. Great for a group

This space is great for a group. It’s very pretty but, as others said, it’s clear it’s a flip. The location is great. Yuriy is FANTASTIC - we had a number of requests and he was very responsive in meeting them. There is plenty of pots and pans there, no need to bring any of your own. Some places in the house have little chips and dings that make it clear it’s a place for a group to stay and not a luxurious vacation spot. Some challenges: there’s only one cozy common space, so if your group has different sound needs and can’t just go outside for quiet then this may not work for you. Accessibility-wise, there’s 12 steps to the first floor. The beds all sit pretty low to the ground so it may be hard for people with knee issues. We could not figure out the heating/cooling system and one night everyone was freezing and the next everyone was sweating bullets.

Great place for a big family

The property in question offers ample space for large families, however, there were minor issues encountered during our stay. The bathtub was unusable due to a leaking light fixture underneath, indicating a need for proper sealing. Additionally, the thermostat located downstairs resulted in uneven temperature distribution, with upstairs becoming excessively hot in the summer. Despite these challenges, the property manager was responsive and provided immediate assistance, showcasing excellent hosting. Overall, the property is a great choice for gatherings and leisure, with the potential for an enhanced experience with attention to these details.

Great family reunion getaway spot with stuff to do

This was a fun place for a big family reunion celebrating a milestone wedding anniversary for my parents. We had 21 guests stay at the location, taking full advantage of the 8 different bedrooms and various sleeping options for families with and without kids. We made use of the nice electric grill on the patio and firepit, and also enjoyed playing pool and some of the video games that were in the gaming room. We also enjoyed going to the amenities the community had to offer, especially the swimming pool which was awesome. Even on Saturday we didn't have trouble getting in, and it cost us just $12 a person for the day pass. Well worth it during the heat dome. Plenty of parking for the 7 cars that we had. Checkin was easy in the gated community and no one complained - took about 5 minutes to check in at the gate house, get our pass and get out. The host was very friendly and communicative - we had to change out one of the cars and he assured us it wouldn't be an issue. There's plenty of seating for a big group. Big TV allowed us to play some fun Jackbox games with the group. There's a Dollar General right outside the gate for ease of shopping for things you might forget. Linens and towels were provided. Some of the family went to the nearby state park and enjoyed the lake there for free. It had a lot of people picnicing and enjoying the environment. Overall a great stay. Would go back.

Good stay, but needs a bit of maintenance!

Overall our stay was fantastic, though there were some minor issues that should be addressed. There was some latent moisture in the area leading to the garage that may cause some issues down the line (on the step down into the game room), and there was a slight water intrusion during a heavy rainstorm into the room. Otherwise, it was a fantastic experience and everyone enjoyed themselves!

It’s fine

Stayed a weekend. We had a great time. There were 8 of us so we each had our own bedroom. Plenty of bathrooms, huge showers, and the kind of quirks you’d expect from a flipped house. Not much in the way of comfortable seating, but we made do. All in all, I’d recommend it.

Thanksgiving Gathering

There were 30 of us and there was plenty of room and space for everyone. The location was great to get to stores and activities. Casino, Horseback Riding, Roller Skating, etc… The host was always available and made our experience very pleasant! I would recommend for large groups.

A memorable trip

Me and my family stayed there for 2 nights and we had an awesome time. Everything was exactly how it showed in the pictures. The view was really beautiful and the neighborhood was pretty. There were lots of games for the children. The fire pit was beautiful. Every room was clean. Yuriy was a great host. She helps you with everything that you need. Everything was perfect for a family vacation.

Amazing place

The location of the house was just perfect. There's a pool, beach, mini golf and so much more within a 5 min drive. We came with a bunch of extended family so we had a wide variety of ages at the house and we all enjoyed it. The home was extremely cozy and the fire pit in the backyard was really the cherry on top. The host was also very responsive and helpful. If we needed anything, they were responding within minutes! This was extremely helpful given we weren't familiar with the area and where to go. Highly recommend!!!
