'If I could give Filippo 6 stars here I would. We travel all the time in Italy, since I work a quarter of the year there. He was amazing. Way beyond typical niceties. Set us up in the most amazing restaurant in town, gave sound advice on where to go for the best wine selection, etc. we’ll be going back. Place is great too. Filippo is the best.'

'We stayed in 5 different hotels over the course of two weeks. This was by far our favorite hotel. Our room was the best hotel room we have ever stayed in. The staff was so helpful, and catered to our every whim. The Roman pool was one of kind. The courtyard was gorgeous and intimate. Don't except the Ritz, but this place deserves to be heralded for what it has to offer. We will stay again for sure. Well done Giovanni!!!!'

'Quite and very comfortable hotel in the Castelli Romani area. The structure has free private parking and an amazing garden. The staff is friendly and always available. Our suite was spacious and quiet perfect for everyone is looking for a practical and relaxed stay.'

'AC, spacious room, great location in the middle of the town, outstanding breakfast. The breakfast is included and is located at hotel bella vista second floor. There you have a variety of items to choose from including a batista ro make any type of coffee you want. Ask for a croissant they are delicious, flaky and buttery. You can just walk a few feet and find gellatto, restaurants, shops, markets. It is a small town however the vibe is great. You are 30 min from Rome by train but away enough to...

'We stayed here five nights. Great location to walk (about 20 minutes to Colosseum) or jump on the metro which is next door. Grocery store is a few blocks away, cool park across the street and great restaurants a block away. The staff are helpful and while not always on site, do respond to messages quickly. You can make free espresso every day, and the shower, a/c, and WiFi are great. We did many video calls no problem. Good place - we would stay there again'
