This 53-square-meter, two-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand, located on the first floor, accommodates two people.

The bright living room features a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and stereo system.
From the living room, you have direct access to the covered west-facing terrace, where you’ll find a sun lounger and patio furniture for relaxing.
Past the small dining area, you’ll enter the kitchen-diner. Here you’ll find a dishwasher, microwave, and oven.
The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2x90x200 cm) and a large wardrobe.
The apartment is rounded out by a full bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer.

You can park any bicycles you bring with you under the carport in front of the house.
A laundry room with a washing machine is available for guests to use free of charge.
You can store your luggage in your own basement storage room inside the house.
From May 1 through September 15, 2026, a free beach chair is available for you at the “Stefan” beach chair rental.

A parking space behind the house is reserved for you.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge (no right to a refund or replacement in case of disruptions or outages).
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed here.

Birkenallee Vacation Home on the Beach: Here you’ll stay in attractively designed 2- to 4-room apartments ranging from 53 to 128 m². The apartments are equipped to accommodate up to 4 people and all feature either a terrace or a balcony. This way, you can fully enjoy the Baltic Sea air first thing in the morning with a cup of tea.

A communal washing machine is available in the basement for your vacation clothes. There’s a bike rack next to the building for your bicycles, and a parking space is reserved for your car right next to the building.
Just 150 meters from the apartment, you can feel the sand between your toes as you walk to the nearest bakery. You can reach additional shopping options and the town center in 5–7 minutes on foot. Exclusive shops, as well as numerous cafés and restaurants, invite you to stroll and linger.

Fancy a boat ride? From Plön or Bad Malente, there are various informative tours, such as the “Grand Plön Lake Tour” or the “5-Lake Tour,” where you can also hop off along the way to enjoy the wonderful atmosphere.

At the Birkenallee vacation home, you can enjoy your vacation with the whole family.
