« Amazing place to stay in Sebastian. Walking distance from several restaurants, including an Italian restaurant with the best garlic rolls we've ever had and some of the best pizza! We took a few day trips out to Sebastian Inlet State Park and saw dolphins, manatees, crabs, a sting ray and lots of fish. We think snorkeling there will be better in the summer time. « This was definitely a budget stay. The property seems pretty old and rundown, and that carried into the room. The not so good: the smell of cigarettes was immediately noticeable when walking in, the floor had clearly not been swept as part of cleaning the room, the sheets on one of the beds were stained, all of the lighting fixtures and the microwave were quite rusted, and there was no security latch present on the door. The okay: the AC worked, outlets worked, and the curtains could be drawn...
