Everything about staying at this house was seamless and well thought out. From check-in to check-out, you can tell the owners made sure the house was in great condition and well stocked. The house layout is perfect for groups to spend time together or walk right on to the beach. We will be back!
We brought our children for spring break and the pictures donât do it justice for how breathtaking the view is! The host is absolutely amazing and very responsive, which was a plus. The house was clean with extra linens and even though the town is small the mini mart is a very short drive for necessities. No one wanted to leave and we canât wait to plan our next trip to return.
Perfect for our family reunion. Easy access to the beach, beautiful views of the bay and Pacific Ocean. 14 minutes to Tillamook, and quick drive to Oceanside. Would happily stay here again.
Stayed several times never disappoints. One suggestion would be gas BBQâs. Marked cleanliness as Ok because the last several years have noticed the bath and hand towels smell sour may need to buy new ones
This home was immaculate and identical to the listing and description. The location is spectacular and the home was such a great hosting spot for 8 guests. The home had all the amenities and would đŻ% recommend this house for a large family or a small group of people. Check-in and communication with the property host was seamless. Great property.
Our group had a wonderful stay at this house. The beds were all comfortable. The main room has a phenomenal view of Netarts Bay and great beach access. The kitchen is well stocked- everything we needed was there. The property manager contacted us upon arrival and was available anytime we had questions, responding immediately and generously to the few requests we made. It was the weekend getaway our group needed! Thank you!
The house, cleanliness excellent. The bunk beds arenât comfortable for adults, we were 7 women. The beds are too short great for kids not for adults.
Great except one shower only had hot water no cold.
It was a beautiful place, in a gorgeous spot. Had to make do with only 2 showers not 3 and then had to wait between showers so hot water would be there for each one.
We had another great stay in Netarts. We love renting on Happy Camp. The view is priceless! We had a small issue with hallway bathroom shower being basically unusable because impossible to control water temperature. Thankfully we had 2 other showers to double up on. Our weather was actually better then expected and we enjoyed beach walks. We will be back to our happy place â€
This place was perfect for our family of 8. It was very clean and comfortable, well stocked kitchen, stunning views, a firepit, covered parking, and easy access to the beach right outside your door. You can walk all the way to Oceanside from this rental. We had a wonderful week full of memories. The perfect place for a family to be together. There are great restaurants nearby with lots to see and do when you are not on the beach. I highly recommend this rental. We loved it!
I was apprehensive about booking a beach weekend in January due to coastal weather trends. We could not have had better weather. We were greeted with a beautiful sunset and the following morning a sunrise that took our breath away. While in the Tsunami warning we stayed warm and comfortable as we watched the crashing waves.
We came to this property to celebrate a milestone birthday with our family. The accommodations were perfect for us and we loved being right on the beach in Netarts Bay. So much natural marine life. A sportsman's paradise. The celebration was a complete success.
Best 4th of July ever!!!! We had such a magical week here. Almost donât want to leave a review because, well, weâd like to book it every year. Terrific stay, kitchen fully stocked with everything youâd need. Bunk rooms for kids were such a big hit. Big king bedrooms were super comfy and charming.
Great location with the beach just a couple steps from the house. Amazing views from the living room!
Loved having two bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. And kids enjoyed the bedroom with bunk beds.
Kitchen was well stocked. Property manager was easy to communicate with and check in/ check out process was easy and straightforward with clear instructions.
Would definitely book again!
Great. We camped in this spot in our Motor Home from 1977 to 2002 ever year for Memorial Day Weekend until the property was sold for homes.. just loved it like old times.
Couldnât have asked for anything more. Beautiful, spacious house with direct access to the beach. Huge driveway for parking your boat if youâre going to go crabbing or clamming. Will definitely be back.
We loved our stay at The Reunion, and have already pre-booked for next spring break! This was our fifth year coming to the Tillamook coast area, and we finally found the perfect beach location and the perfect house!
The Reunionâs beach access, views, and close proximity to clamming/crabbing and Tillamook for amenities was ideal. This beach was great for long walks at both low and high tides, looking for agates, and flying kites. A short drive to the Netarts bay offers good clamming, and nearby are spots to crab.
The Reunion was well appointed with new and comfortable furnishings, everything you needed in the kitchen/bathroom/laundry; excellent WiFi.
The Reunion was clean: no spiderwebs, no dust, no window fingerprints, no ants. We thought there was an issue with something (it turned out to be user error) but the property manager came under an hour to checkâshe was gracious even though it turned out to be unnecessary.
I have a severe dog-allergy and was thrilled to find a dog-free beach house that my whole family loved.
The Reunionâs deck is fantastic: comfy chairs, clear railing for wind protection and awesome views.
The Reunionâs layout was great. We brought our five children (ages 15-6). The grandparents joined usâthe layout provided good privacy for all with two king-bed master suites, and two kidsâ rooms.
In Tillamook we visited The Blue Heron gift shop/eat-in deli/petting zoo/ice cream; great for adults and kids. A drive north takes you to Cape Meares. Weâve toured the cheese factory and flight museum in previous years.
