Located in the exclusive Amaralta Residential Community, this spacious and comfortable home has everything you need to feel at home. It offers a cozy living room with a TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience.



The home has three bedrooms, two of which include a private bathroom for added comfort and privacy. On the third floor, you'll find a rooftop terrace with outdoor furniture, the perfect place to unwind, watch the sunset, or enjoy the beautiful ocean views.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house, as well as the community amenities, including the shared swimming pool available to both residents and guests.

The pool is closed on Mondays for cleaning and maintenance; please keep this in mind before making a reservation.
