une bonne aventure
Comme c'était bien situé, on n'a pas eu trop de difficulté à le trouver. La vue depuis l'appartement était magnifique et sans vis-à-vis. Le vent, le soleil et de l'air pure rendent le séjour agréable. Néanmoins, on n'a pas eu le code d'entrée de l'extérieur ni le bon code pour la boîte à clés sur la porte de l'appartement. Heureusement qu'on a pu trouver la gardienne qui était très sympathique pour résoudre les problèmes. D'ailleurs c'est la présence d'une gardienne qui était décisive dans notre choix vu que le propriétaire n'est pas sur place. Celui-ci toutefois a été très réactif à nos messages. C'était poussireux à l'arrivée et les équipements sont fonctionnels mais parfois vétustes. On n'a pas osé utiliser le sèche-cheveux ni la bouilloire. Sinon, sur l'ensemble ça reste une bonne expérience.

Séjour en été à Tignes Val Claret
L'appartement était, comme annoncé sur l'annonce. Points positifs : L'emplacement, la taille pour 5 personnes, les draps et serviettes + un lit parapluie fournis (pour les bébés ça évite d'en ramener un), l'attention et la disponibilité des propriétaires et de Mara sur place. Points à améliorer : la lumière ne marchait pas dans l'entrée, il manque des porte-serviette dans la salle de bain et une petite poubelle. Il n'y a pas de poignée sur les portes coulissantes à l'intérieur des pièces (chambres + toilette/salle de bain). Il manque un économe pour la cuisine et il n'y a que 2 verres à pied (dont un cassé). Ce ne sont que des petits détails. Notre séjour n'en fût pas moins très agréable, la vue sur le lac depuis la chambre avec la mezzanine apporte un cachet supplémentaire.

Une semaine agréable au pieds des pistes
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à 3 adultes. A savoir que les lits simples sont un poil petits pour un adulte. La localisation est vraiment top. 5 minutes à pieds max de la première descente/remontée. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité. David est très attentif au bon déroulé du séjour de ses locataires.

Un logement au cœur de Tignes
Un logement agréable bien situé dans un immeuble au 6e étage avec ascenseur. Pour 4 personnes un séjour assez grand par contre les lits des enfants et celui sur la mezzanine se révèlent assez peu confortable pour une famille sensible du dos. Les systèmes de portes à galandage permettent de gagner de la place mais n'assurent pas une intimité exceptionnelle des WC ou de la chambre...

L’espace de l’appartement est agréable. Nous regrettons grandement l’état de la literie sommier et matelas compris. Durant le séjour nous avons de manière très régulière senti des odeurs de tabac en provenance nous le supposions des grilles de ventilation de la salle de bain.Nous avons connu des problèmes de draps à l’arrivée mais nous avons apprécié la réactivité de la personne de contact qui était sur place. Idem pour les problèmes de mitigeur. Nous avons constaté un manque de propreté générale de l’appartement.

Thierry, during your stay the manager called twice to the apartment to meet with you. I contacted you on several occasions during your stay by phone & text and never at any stage did you mention cleanliness, issues with mattress or tobacco smells! At every stage I ask for any comments and if there are we can assist and resolve. You mentioned an issue with sheets and a tap, both resolved immediately. I don't accept with your comments especially when we are available 24/7 to address any issues any guest may have. Their are no smashed or for that matter damaged box springs. To suggest tobacco smells could reach a very small vent to the bathroom on the 8th floor of a building where there is no balcony directly below or to the left or right of us is very interesting! More so when you consider the adjoining rooms also have vents but no mention tobacco smells? I have owned the apartment for 13 years and never experienced tobacco or any other smells for that matter! Furthermore we are not responsible for air pollution. For the record the air in Tignes is one of the purest in Europe! Lastly if you put the single duvet into the double covers you will of course not be able to but the double duvet into the single cover thankfully our manager was well equipped to work that one out for you. oui un peu déçue de cet hébergement points positifs :grandeur de l'appartement,situation géographique,calme points négatifs: la propreté du matelas du canapé(pas protégé.....);les draps remis en boule non repassés,les taches multiples sur le sofa pas de télévision(pas prévenu avant le séjour; le propriétaire nous a proposé une réparation le jeudi trop tard pour nous)

Apparemment très confortable et grand !
Super expérience dans cet appartement ! La pièce à vivre est vraiment spacieuse et les deux chambres confortables. La vue est superbe et vous aurez vraiment une vue sur toutes les montagnes environnantes. Le balcon est également appréciable. Seul petit bémol sur les portes coulissantes de la salle de bain et des chambres qui ne sont pas très pratiques et pas très insonorisées. À part cela, rien a redire la cuisine est grande et conviviale, le casier à ski petit mais pratique, et la situation géographique pas mal (prévoir 5 bonnes minutes de marches pour aller aux remontées) Merci encore pour cet agréable séjour !

Grand et tout équipé.
Appartement situé à l'entrée du Val Claret au 6émes étages. Il est tout équipé, il manque juste un lave linge pour être parfait. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et tout est très bien expliqué pour accéder à l'appartement. Le petit bémol sur les lits une place qui reste très juste pour des adultes. Great appartment
The appartment suited us really well and good location (short walk to lift/shops/restaurants). Communication from host was excellent and we had a great week. Parking very close by (Golf). Everything as we expected. Tignes is one of my favourite ski resorts in the French alps.

Nada más entrar en el apartamento encontramos éste muy sucio: • Tanto los edredones con manchas de sangre y orina, los colchones con marcas de orines; la mampara del baño, los sanitarios y los suelos, completamente sucios, los sofás descuidados, viejos y sucios, cristales sucios. • El polvo y la grasa cubrían toda la cocina, la encimera, la cocina, la lámpara etc. Y además de sucio, viejo: el radiador del salón sujeto con libros, ventanas y puertas, que además de estar sucias, no cierran correctamente. En definitiva, según nuestro criterio no cumple las condiciones higiénico sanitarias necesarias para alquilarlo.

I contacted you twice during your stay specifically to ensure that everything was in order and there were no issues. You confirmed that there were NO issues. The week before your stay we completed our inspection with the Tignes authorities and received a 4 star rating. Amazing then that they found no issues. We have been renting since 2007 and never ever did we receive any such comments in any reviews. Surprisingly you never mentioned in your review that you left the apartment in an absolute mess.

Lovely apartment with beautiful views
We (me and my 2 adult sons) had a great week here in Tignes. The apartment is more spacious than most with a very well epuipped kitchen and nice light lounge with beautiful views of the lake and ski slopes from the windows. The owners are very responsive with information, the apartment was clean and even bed linen was provided which is rare for accommodation in Tignes. It is close to everything but quiet at night. We will be back. Loved it!

Highly Recommended - Stunning Accommodation in a Great Resort
We have no hesitation in recommending this property. We are a family of 5. Stunning views in this spacious property with wifi which is a huge plus. Had been to Tignes in winter and have to say the Summer in Tignes is equally great. We were so surprised there are so many things to do in this super resort. Great location with everything you need
This apartment is a rare find. Great value, great location, awesome views from the apartment and it is very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay here with our kids. Lisa and David were very nice and responsive and also very clear on the instructions for the apartment and how we should leave it. It’s close to everything but in a quieter area of the town. We would love to stay here again in a future visit.

Great property . close to the shops and ski lifts. Good kitchen and lounge.We booked for 3 people However the single bunk beds are very thin, too high and the bottom bunk is only stable for a lightweight infant. In our case my 21 year old found it impossible to sleep because of the Spring base under the mattress was too weak. this could be easily replaced with a solid wood base. We had to use the sofa as a bed for the other person.

Nice stay in Val Claret
The apartment was lovely, with a spacious living room and a kitchen equipped with everything you will ever need to prepare meals. Improvements could be made, though. The mattresses on the bunk beds really need to be firmer and thicker, the shower was really hard to operate and set a normal temperature, and the sliding doors need a bit of maintenance as they tend to unhinge often. All in all, we had a great time and will be looking for this accomodation the next time we're in Tignes.

Spacious ski chalet
The chalet is very spacious & was a perfect size for a family of four adults. It is located a few minutes walk from the supermarket & 5 mins from the ski lifts. The ski locker is a great feature, as is the key safe located outside the apartment. The owners, Lisa & David, were very helpful & quick to reply to messages & questions. During our visit there was a huge amount of snowfall & this meant the TV satellite signal didn't work so there was no TV. This however was not a fault of the chalet or the owners, more an occupational hazard of too much snow! The only disappointment was the lack of WiFi which we had been assured would be installed before our visit. However, it was possible to connect to the free Tignes network in the building next door. All in all this is a well appointed & spacious apartment & I would have no hesitation in recommending it.

Apartment was lovely, clean & spacious.
On arrival we did have difficulty with the locks on the door been a bit sticky but once inside we found the apartment to be very nice. The only other difficulty we had was the balcony door was a bit sticky which was a bit precarious at the top of the steps which didn't have a rail or guard. Location is great, the apartment is spacious, clean and attractively decorated.

Wonderful appartment right in the heart of Val Claret: greatly equipped kitchen, nice balcony and only 250m to the furnicular! The only downer is that the matresses were quite old and should be replaced soon; also the second bedroom can only be used by kids due to the sizes of the beds. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot and would definitely return!

Spacious and good living area
A group of 5 of us stayed here for a weeks skiing in March 2017. The owners sent us lots of useful information through to us prior to the trip including how to access the property, directions to get there, good restaurants to go to etc. which turned out to be one of the most well organised experiences I’ve had booking through this site. A great thing about this property was that there is a key safe on the door so no waiting round for someone to give you the keys. It also meant that we could leave the keys there so if some of our party went home early they could get in and there was no messing around with who has the key. As you walk in there is a big and spacious shower room first on your right with a good shower and towels supplied. The bedrooms were next along in the flat, one either side of the corridor. There was one with a mezzanine and double bed on top and quite a comfy double sofa bed underneath. On the other side of the corridor next to the shower room was the single bunk room. The beds are ok but they are sprung underneath the mattress and personally I would recommend these for small adults or children as there’s a wooden support bar underneath which you could feel through the mattress. Despite the small size of the room it was spacious enough and had lots of storage next to and underneath the beds. The living area was great. Really spacious with a high sloped ceiling and a big sofa which you could easily fit 6 on. There was a small balcony with views up the Espace Killy side of the resort. The kitchen was one of the best equipped I’ve been to for holiday rentals. It has a proper oven, and hob, slim line dishwasher (with more than the usual 2 dishwasher tablets that you usually get), lots of pans and crockery. The drop leaf table and folding chairs meant that you could just pack it all down easily to give you more living space. One thing to note is that there’s no wifi. The owners make this clear in the description and we could get 3G there but the connection wasn’t great. There are quite a few free wifi spots around Val Claret though. The apartment is very near to all the shops and restaurants and its only a short walk to the Tufs lift that gets you access to some excellent skiing. All in all it was a great apartment that really suited our needs and I would recommend it if you’re wanting to book somewhere with plenty of space and to self cater.

Great little appartment
Booked predominantly for a mountain biking holiday but got plenty done besides thanks to the owner, David, obtaining Tignes Sports cards which allow free access to canoes, kayaks, archery, shooting, swimming pool and gym. Summer lifts are also still free at Tignes as are the buses. Apartment ideally placed with very local parking. The apartment is in good order and is ideal for 4 to spread out a bit or 6 to be cosy. Great holiday.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely week in this apartment. The location is great and it is a lovely place to chill out after a day on the slopes - great kitchen and nice to be able to cosy up in front on the tv with the British channels. If I go back to Tignes Val Claret, I would stay again :)
