🚪 Guest Access

Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire home, including all indoor and outdoor living spaces. The owner is nearby and available should you need anything—otherwise, your stay is completely your own.



🛑 Please Note:

• Nightly rate includes up to 6 guests. Additional guests (up to 12 max) are welcome for a small fee.

• Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 PM – 8 AM.

• No parties or smoking are allowed. We do accommodate non-shedding pets with a pet deposit.

• Due to the location of the home and potential freezing weather on top of the mountain during the winter months, it is possible we might need to close the heated pool during certain dates in Jan and Feb. • • Additionally, while unlikely, if there are freezing temperatures, the heated pool may not reach the desired temp.



Quiet hours for the outdoor porches and hot tub are 9PM - 9AM. Guests are required to keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

Our neighborhood is a private and quiet lake community close to downtown Clayton with 6 homes on a private, freshly paved road with limited car traffic.



Perched in the heart of Rabun County, the SkyHausy offers a serene mountain escape just minutes from Clayton's charming amenities.



Lake Burton, a boating enthusiast's dream, lies nearby, with The Lake Burton Boat Shop providing everything from jet skis to eFoils for aquatic adventures.



Nature lovers can explore Moccasin Creek State Park, featuring prime trout fishing, scenic hiking trails, and idyllic picnic spots in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
