This charming Canarian holiday home combines rustic elegance with modern amenities, offering the perfect escape. Located in the heart of Macher, our property provides a serene retreat with convenient access to attractions in both the south and north of Lanzarote.



Hortensia has a cosy bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed (160x200) and a walk-in shower bathroom. The living room includes a two-seater sofa, perfect for relaxing, although it does not have a sofa bed, so the accommodation is ideal for couples or travellers who do not need additional sleeping space. The home also offers a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with Smart TV and a well-stocked bathroom with essential items such as a hairdryer and toiletry dispenser (gel/shampoo and body lotion).



Private Rooms: Each room in La Casa del Medianero, including Hortensia, is exclusively for the guest or guests who booked it, ensuring total privacy and comfort.



Common Areas:

Guests have access to shared areas, including the pool, terrace, barbecue area, gardens, patio, and parking. The heated saltwater pool is maintained at a pleasant temperature of 24°C, offering a skin-friendly swimming experience.



Connectivity:

Stay connected with stable fibre optic WiFi (~100 Mbps), perfect for balancing work and leisure.



Access to the Exterior:

The rooms and living areas overlook the garden/patio with chairs and tables or the pool area, ideal for sunbathing, relaxing and enjoying the fresh air.



Location:

Macher is a quiet village, with attractions such as Timanfaya National Park and Los Hervideros just 15 minutes by car. Nearby amenities include supermarkets, service stations, local restaurants and a church, all within reach.



Arrival and Check-in:

To ensure a smooth arrival, we request your travel details in advance. All guests complete a brief digital check-in form before their stay. You will also receive a personalised digital guide with a welcome letter, island recommendations and essential contact information.

Check-out: before 11:00



Family Services – Baby Pack:

Available for an additional charge, the Baby Pack includes a travel cot, high chair, bed sheets, blanket, towel, toiletry kit, portable bathtub and children's crockery. Please request it in advance, as availability is limited.



Cleaning and Amenities:

Fresh bed linen, bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen cloths are included. Essential bathroom items include hand soap, moisturiser, and gel/shampoo dispensers. For stays longer than a week, a complimentary cleaning service is available, which includes changing bed linen and towels and a quick touch-up of the space.

Breakfast Box for 2 guests (additional cost, subject to availability) - request in advance.



Car rental: We collaborate with a reliable local company that offers free cancellation, fully comprehensive insurance, unlimited kilometres, second driver at no additional cost, and delivery/collection at Terminal 1 of Lanzarote Airport. We can send you a proposal if you wish.
