« Went for my brother’s Navy graduation. The place was super clean and quiet (just how I like it, lol). If I’m ever back in Illinois, I would stay here again. »

« Overall, the hotel was decent, but I felt it was overpriced for what it offered. The refrigerator in the room was outdated and didn’t keep my drinks cold, which was disappointing. My biggest issue was the additional $10 parking fee. Considering the hotel has its own parking lot and I was already paying a premium for the room, charging extra for parking felt unnecessary. The stay wasn’t terrible, but for the price, I expected better amenities and fewer additional fees. »

« The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast. Some of the hallway carpet is not clean and filled with sports. Our sofa pullout mattress was stained with blood and who knows what else. No maintenance person available for several days to address our issues. PLEASE do not stay here. No compensation for my inconveniences. »

« It was a good stay for us- the “suite” with two queens and a twin is really two queens and a pull out sofa, just be prepared for that. Room was comfortable, but was showing some wear on the carpeting, shower, and corners of furniture. Check in was a bit of a bear with the kiosks. If you book through Expedia you won’t be able to use the kiosk to check in and will have to wait in the absurdly long line, »

« The hotel was pretty dirty; there were stained chairs placed in the hallway at the landings. The room mostly clean but the bathroom tile was broken up and one of our party stepped on a shard of broken tile during the night. The electrical outlet by the sink did not have a cover. When I asked for extra coffee for my room, one of the managers or owners (wearing a tie) just looked at me and walked away. The lady who was working on something else behind the counter finally popped up and took...
