'The property is brand new and very well designed. We stayed in one of bigger tents with a small pool. The beds are soft but not too soft and the inside and the outside of the tent is cosy and comfortable. Due to a heatwave the temperatures were very high. I never appreciated an aircon until now. The crew is very kind and helpful. Kristof and Christina (I’m sorry if I don’t have any the names right) in particular. 'Sad to say the hotel stay was substandard. We booked two nights hoping for a solid 4 star hotel as advertised. We got a room and noticed some mold on the AC. When we asked to leave and get our money back, we were refused. We deiced to stay. Once we looked closer the mold turned out to be much worse than originally thought. 'So everything here is top notch. The service and the staff are amazing, the pool villa is a pleasure, the food allthough not that diverse had a good quality and taste. So for an all-inclusive experience it is 5 stars. Not what you would expect but better. '

'Positive: Room good bed and perfectly cleaned every day. Very friendly and helpful staff Negative: Cheap food, untasty chicken nuggets as dinner, cheap pasta without any souce etc. and food not looking attractive. Mostly cheap ready made food and targeted for Eastern European guests. Cups and trash around the pool only cleaned up once a day, so a mess everywhere at the end of the day.'
