66 m² duplex gîte for 5 people, in a fully renovated former farmhouse dating from 1780, which also includes 2 other gîtes, the 3 units being completely independent.

This gîte comprises:
On the ground floor, a 33.45 m² living room, with :
- a kitchen including a large fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, raclette and fondue machines, a central island
a central island (including an induction hob, oven and extractor fan),
- a living room with sofa, coffee table, armchairs, TV and a wood-burning stove,
- a corridor with access to a separate WC and storage cupboard,
- a 9.20 m² terrace to the east and a 2nd 8 m² terrace to the north with garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers. View of the mountains

1st floor:
- 11.50 m² CH LACHAT with attic (160x200 bed),
- CH FENIL 14.20 m² with attic (180x190 bed separable into 2 90 beds, 1 90x190 bed),
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin and WC.

Private parking: 2 spaces.
Direct and free access to the outdoor SPA for 6 people (jacuzzi), by reservation (open all year round, heated to 38° in winter). Reserved for adults and children over 12.
All charges included (water, electricity, electric heating and wood for the stove). Sheets and towels not provided. Can be hired.
Cleaning at the end of your stay. End-of-stay cleaning option available (€80).
