'Room was very clean, staff were awesome! When the ice machine broke down, maintenance repaired quickly! The bar was pricey. The conditioner would not come out of the bottle. I would definitely recommend to others!'

'Understaffed . No business center. I asked to get one paper printed and it took over an hour because front desk clerk was overwhelmed. The printer jammed and he was checking in customers instead of fixing printer. So no one was getting their check in paperwork and I was unable to get my printed copy. The manager did finally come out and assist after an hour. The fan in bathroom toilet area didn’t work. The couch in the lobby was filthy. Also the rug in our room was very dirty.'

'At check in, the bar and the valet station, the staff was professional and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean but a little dated. I was surprised to find out that they charge a $25 a day convenience fee at check out. This is not a resort but it does have a large lobby with lots of seating. They do have an elevator in the lobby that takes you to River Street which was a convenience. We also came back to the hotel this way late in the evening and were surprised to find that the security...

'My adult daughter and I enjoyed our four day hotel stay and Hotel Indigo. For the price, it’s the best you can get. We opted for the breakfast add-on, and enjoyed great breakfast options each day before our tours and shopping around Savannah.
The restaurant in the Hotel has amazing options and the Chef is great. The staff, in general, are kind, helpful and welcoming.
E usually went to breakfast, came back to the room to shower and get ready, would do a half day around Riverstreet or City...
