'Our family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers enjoyed a week in Guilford. The children safely played in the yard and rode their push bikes in the driveway. The privacy and views were excellent. The house easily provided ample space for us all. We walked to the beach and enjoyed playing in the sand and running in the splash pad. Mystic Aquarium and Hamonassett State Park were easy car rides. 'The house was beautiful, well equipped with the essential for an home away from home. The location was easy to get to and is in a nice neighborhood that is near great restaurants a few within a few minutes drive away. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck, in our beach chairs, we personally don’t feel comfortable in adirondack chairs as we’re bigger and always feel like we might break them. 'Two words perfectly describe this property. Charm and Character seasoned with history. It is a comfortable place to be, and you feel at home the minute you walk in the door. The 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms was just what our group of 7 needed. Be sure to look at the painted door in one of the 1st floor bedrooms. The kitchen has all you need to make a feast. On Christmas day we cooked a 15lb stuffed turkey with 4 side dishes, gravy, and an apple crumble. We could've done a pie but nobody wanted to...

'A nice long weekend beach getaway with family. House had everything we needed, was very clean and neat and everyone had their own space too. Our host was very responsive when I messaged him. 'A wonderful beach bungalow in a fantastic location!! We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. The home was clean, comfortable and cozy. The outdoor space was an added bonus!! We enjoyed dining alfresco and relaxing in front of the fireplace!! Tiffany was a perfect host and always available if we had any questions. We would love to come back to this sweet beach bungalow!!!'

'The house was charming, very spacious and clean, had everything we needed even a back yard with a nice seating area and the neighborhood was quiet, easy to access. Not far from places to eat or groceries. Aliene was an excellent host, she answered my text quickly everytime and was very gracious to help us out when we needed it. I would recommend her to anyone needing a nice clean quiet house to stay in. If we have tournaments in Connecticut again next year I'm definitely booking her house. '
