'We only stayed for a night but it was lacking in cleanliness for sure. The floors were sticky, headboard had finger prints on it, bathroom was yucky. The floor had ink stains on it, the doorhandles needed tightening. My husband was happy it had a TV, a bed, and a toilet, but it was far below my standards, especially based on the pictures. '

'On Thursday April 2nd upon checking out, I ask the young lady at the desk when will I be receiving my deposit back for my room and she stated that the manager needs to check the rooms 1st and that afterwards if everything is good I will receive the refund, I then asked if it was okay that she ask her to go while I was still there because I don’t live in that state so I can get my refund back. When I got to my room I had changed my clothes and discovered there was no soap bars or body wash. On Saturday I told the front desk about it and she g a ve me 6 bars of soap, 3 bottles of shampoo and 3 bottles of hair conditioner. I requested body wash but as never given any.
