'The hotel was in a great location but we had to park down the road the road at a public parking lot. The walls were thin and heard the whole city partying all night. When we first got there, they asked if we wanted a complimentary beverage from there fridge but then they charged us for them as an amenities fee of $26(which included the use of some beach cruiser bikes) that we didn’t even ride). 'The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. In walking distance to most restaurants. If you want to go to the water front you will have to drive. Valet is a little pricey at $70.00 dollars a day. To cold to use the pool so I could not give an opinion on it.'

'I love this hotel. The staff is great. The location is absolutely perfect for any tradeshow. The gaslamp is a lot of fun and the rooms are super cool and comfortable. I always pay a little extra so that I have the patio and the living room section and for an extra 60 bucks, it’s completely worth it. You should go trust me. It’s worth a little bit more than the Hilton.'

'Little bit strange with lobby on 12th. Downtown in walking distance. Convention Center 20 min walk Parking not cheap, but all parking garages aren't. Expected more homeless people as the US isn't doing well on that point. Neighbourhood felt safe, '

'Lovely decor, clean and fresh rooms and extremely friendly and supportive staff. Small downside was the limited closet/storage space. And for disabled access, in the shower the soap and shampoo could have been placed a little closer to the shower itself.'

'There was a lot of street noise (which I expected for the area), but a white noise app helped drown in out. I didn’t hear noise from other guests. It was very clean, and customer service was great too. The pool was warm, and the breakfast at the restaurant was great too. I would stay again.'
