'Poor hvac, noisy'

'Staff was nice. Room was decently clean but needed some love. Lobby stairs were terribly dirty. Pool out of service. Both vending machines also out of service.'

'The room had roaches in the bathroom and hallway that we discovered the morning after the first night and immediately packed up and didn't finish out the stay. While they're obviously updating they need to take care of the bug issue and advertise accordingly to the fact that its obviously utilized as a long term stay for some. At one point of running to the car I encountered two huge growling dogs the owner I assume as they had them on leashes obviously couldn't hold them both.'

'Our stay as unbelievably quiet, never heard a sound from the freeway across the parking lot!'

'The room had a crisp coolness to it. Everything was perfectly place and organized and ready for use. It had a small table to set in front of the cozy couch for tv watching enjoyment. The bed was pillowy like a cloud and comfortable. The bathroom had a tub shower combo. Overall the room was like the picture and definitely easy to sleep in and use for a restful relaxing night'

'The hotel has started a badly needed renovation. All was dirty, not working, not available. In steat of redoing floor by floor, they do the whole hotel at once. Evrywhere workers! They should have closed the hotel or at least inform beforehand. Instead the normal price for a very bad hotel. So we were mislead. In fact a total contempt for the guests..'

'Checking in was super easy and quick, our room was very clean. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Parking is accessible all around the building.'

'Check in was good. Friendly and helpful front desk. Rooms were nice and clean. Good location and not hard to find. A few restaurants near. We walked to Village Inn for dinner both nights. Was traveling with my in-laws and nephew. Overall good hotel. Breakfast was good. They had waffles, breads, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, and a few other items.'

'The rooms were dirty. AC didn’t work. Refrigerator didn’t work. When we asked for different rooms there were none. Outlets didn’t work. It was not worth the money and it ruined the trip altogether.'

'We had to wait 1/2 hour for someone to return to the front desk before we could check in. The sidewalk at the front was chipped, broken, and hard to roll carts/suitcases over. The entire hotel, even our room, smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. There was pet odor in the room. The carpeting in the hallways was widely stained. The mattress was sagging toward the center of the bed. The floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked and loose. Even the toilet was loose and wobbly. I have stayed at...
