'Hotel is ok in general, location is great, restaurant is good, terras is super. Check-in went fast but totally wrong. Suddenly there were other guests in my room, double booked. Then my room card was not working anymore. Booked 3 rooms, all 3 rooms overcharged by 100usd. At the end they fixed all the issues but had to go to reception multiple times. Elevators are a hell, sometimes you have to wait up to 10 minutes to get an elevator. The staff is very nice and helpfull but some finetuning is...

'We stay here whenever we come visit our son who attends Trinity. I like this hotel because parking is easier and cheaper than the other downtown hotels. The rooms are always clean, quiet, and comfortable. My only complaint is that the pillows are down pillows. They kill my neck. Other than that, I really like this hotel. '
