I observed other staff being friendly and welcoming to customers, not in a way that made them sound as though they had to be like that but because they genuinely behaved like that. « Fantastique hôtel, situé au coeur des Cotswolds et tout près d'Oxford. C'était notre deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel et nous avons déjà hâte d'y retourner. L'hôtel et les chambres sont propres, spacieux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Le personnel est charmant. Le salon d'accueil est juste magnifique, on peut y prendre une consommation ou simplement venir y lire ou discuter. Un vrai coup de coeur, l'un des meilleurs hôtels que nous aillons fréquenté. »

« Arrived late after a long motorcycle ride. Kitchen had closed but Emma arranged for a meal for us regardless. Emma and Adam have only had this place since beginning of year but have plans for some renovation. There welcome, service and food were superb, especially the fab breakfast. Glad to have met Emma and Adam (again) and I wish them both well in their future plans. Thanks both. »
