A modern and cozy tiny house with a covered patio

This cozy tiny house on the outskirts of the pre-Alpine village of Thaining invites you to linger. Let the crowing of roosters and the ringing of church bells wake you up in the morning. Relax on the terrace or in the garden, take a stroll to the nearby heated outdoor pool, or explore the beautiful area between Ammersee and Lech, Füssen and Munich.
Spanning just over 20 square meters, Tiny Thaining features a separate bedroom, a sleeping loft, and a living area with a well-equipped kitchen and a wood-burning stove.


The separate bedroom has a large double bed and an open wardrobe. From here, you can step out onto the patio surrounded by greenery, where you can enjoy the morning sun.
In the living area, the wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen meets all standard requirements with a large stovetop and oven. Beneath the sleeping loft, which features a large mattress, is the modern shower room.
The patio is fully sheltered, so you can sit outside even when it rains or gets cool.

Additional Important Information
The tiny house was set up in May 2022 and has been fully equipped ever since.
The house is fully functional with electricity, hot water, Wi-Fi, and the amenities described.
The kitchen, in particular, leaves nothing to be desired, and there’s plenty for children to enjoy as well, including a sandbox and a small seating area.
There is now also an 11-kW wallbox for charging an electric car. The patio is sheltered from the rain and can therefore be used as an additional living space.

A second tiny house has been on the property since November 2023. It is permanently occupied by a small family. Since the houses face different directions, you’ll hardly notice the neighbors.
