Upon entering this charming house you come into the bright, light and airy, summer lounge, and dining room in the closed in Naya, with floor to ceiling windows facing out to the pool and pretty gardens, being South facing you can enjoy all day sun until sunset. There is an inviting open fireplace for the winter months, surrounded by the local Tosca Stone gives a very cosy feeling. Ceiling beams throughout this beautiful house again add to its delightful charm. Moving further into the house there is another lounge with another open fireplace leading into the breakfast room with tables and chairs and open to the large modern, well equipped kitchen with windows looking out to the pool and gardens. Off the breakfast room is the good sized utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, with an enclosed area for outdoor clothes drying. There is one bedroom downstairs with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs is a traditional open area hallway where there is a further two bedrooms with twin beds in each, and a family bathroom.
