'Nice condo and the location is beautiful.'

'I feel very lucky that we found this place to stay in during for our visit to Hot Springs. It was right in the center of town and a very short walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms were very clean and very spacious. Lots of nice amenities. Communication and check-in were easy, and there was parking behind the building. It really is right on the Appalachian Trail and was the perfect location for our hiking adventure. I hope that I can return some day!'

'This apartment is absolutely amazing! The views are beautiful and all the amenities were great! I will agree with another reviewer that there is an odor at the location and that same odor is at other nearby stores and fields. By the time we left town we agreed that it must be some kind of a native plant. It's hard to describe but is quite pungent. 'Located a LIVE cockroach in the upstairs bedroom, crawling on the wall. Called and messaged the property immediately to find another place to stay, but were met with no assistance. After 10 hours of driving, we had to sleep. It was a terrible sleep, and we woke up and called all over again, but were advised the property had just been sprayed for bugs according to the HOA, so there was nothing else they could do, and they were adamant it was not alive...IT WAS CRAWLING ON THE WALL. 'It’s our third time staying as the location is perfectly situated for two events we go to in the same weekend. The room is very comfortable and there are several thoughtful touches by the owners. We travel with our dog and the fenced in yard is perfect. Our dog also loved the basket of dog toys to play with. Water pressure/temperature and WiFi all great. '
