Appartement très propre et fonctionnel. Obligé de dormir les fenêtres fermées à cause du bruit du port.

Belle location
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Nous y avons apprécié la tranquilité , le confort de la literie, l'équipement, la propreté , le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse. Un point de chute à recommander pour visiter Tenerife.

Perfect for us
This apartment was perfect for us and we had a great stay! . Communication with the owner & later the housekeeper was excellent from the start of booking. They answered all questions promptly and were extremely helpful. A taxi was booked for our return to the airport saving me stress. . The apartment was spacious for 2 and well equipped. The beds were comfy. . The view was amazing. The port has ferries in and out all day which we loved watching, and you can see lots of ocean, the beach, another town. Sometimes the ferries are noisy, but we didn't mind that at all. . The apartment is on a hill, hence the great views. One day we counted 143 steps when climbing up with our shopping... There are routes with less steps but steep slopes. We benefitted from the exercise, but if you can't manage hills or steps this may not be for you... . Swimming pool one floor higher. Very few people there at any time, clean and even better views than the apartment. . Los Cristianos is excellent, it surpassed our expectations. There are dozens of excellent restaurants close by, and Las Vistas beach is great for swimming. We hope to return.

Stay was nice. When you leave they try scam money for charges
Lovely stay. Until we departed..we cleaned the apartment to a high standard. We had to leave one bin bag full as we couldn't find the communal bins. With three hours of leaving the lady who looks after the apartment sent a very angry email trying to charge 130 GBP for cleaning and 'damage to towels' We are annoyed as the house was perfect when we left no mess any where. And the towels we apparently damaged. This was them drying on the sun beds The damage to the towels is that they were still wet.. if they needed washing, totally unstandable. That's not right to charge people 130 GBP for a laundry wash..don't offer towels if you don't want people to use them.. Until resolved I will not remove this I've asked.for pictures to prove what has been accused but nothing back.

A Gem in Tenerife
We enjoyed our 2 week stay in this property. It is well located within walking distance of the centre of Los Cristianos and its numerous bars and restaurants etc (but see comment about stairs). The apartment has great views of the Los Christianos harbour and the comings and goings of the ferries. It is well equipped and is perfect for a couple. There is a lift in the building and it has two entrances. There are stairs into town and these could be difficult for anyone with mobility problems. Communication with Francoise the owner was excellent. She arranged for Houria to meet us at the airport, drive us to the apartment and show us around it. Houria also picked us up and drove us to the airport at the end of our stay. First class service.

Had a lovely 4 week stay with everything we needed within the apartment. Lovely views from the balcony and bedroom window. Very good communication with Houria who looks after the property. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Spotlessly clean in the heart of Los Christianos
The apartment is really well located in the centre of Los Christianos and is furnished with everything you might need. Houria the fantastic house keeper let me in and is on hand if you need anything. The apartment was spotlessly clean (immaculate) and the terrace gets the sun from all morning until late afternoon. It's on a hill so the steps take a little getting used to but the exercise did me good. I would HIGHLY recommend this apartment.

Compact one bedroom apartment
This one bedroom apartment was very clean and in an ideal position for easy access to Los Cristianos town centre and beach. There were two sets of steps down to the main shopping street so need to be reasonably mobile. Apartment on the 2nd floor but there is a lift in the apartment block so no problem there. Use of a lovely swimming pool on the 4th floor. Apartment had a lovely south facing balcony, sunny all day, with a view down towards the beach and ferry terminal. Watched the ferries coming and going while sitting on the balcony. We were collected from the airport by Houria, the housekeeper, who took us straight to the apartment and answered any questions we had. Lovely apartment and would recommend it for a couple.

Verzorgd appartement met mooi uitzicht
De ontvangst was hartelijk. Het appartement was zeer proper en verzorgd. De inrichting is goed, keuken met alle nodig gerief, oven, microgolfoven, frigo met diepvriezer. Er zijn keuken- badkamer- en onderhoudsproducten voorzien om de eerste dagen door te komen. De badkamer is klein, maar net. Vele kleine attenties maken het verblijf aangenaam : boeken, informatie, TV en uitstekend internet. Het ruime terras, zuidelijk gericht heeft een schitterend uitzicht op de haven. Het op- en afvaren van de veerboten zorgt voor afwisseling. Hoewel het appartement redelijk hoog ligt, wat het uitzicht ten goede komt, is het gemakkelijk te bereiken, zelfs zonder één trap te doen, mits een kleine omweg via het kerkje. De accommodatie is een aanrader.

Un apartamento ideal
Empezando por la panorámica que se disfruta desde el amplio balcón, pasando por el cuidado mobiliario y decoración del interior, y con un baño y una cocina muy bien acondicionados y en perfectas condiciones, lo único que te queda es disfrutar del descanso y de la paz de una localidad tan especial como Los Cristianos. Absolutamente recomendable
