The home is spread out, perfect for cooking, or watching TV on a rainy day. There is a staircase at the front of the home, where you will find a king bedroom and a queen bedroom, with a large full bath and laundry between them. Up the back staircase from the kitchen is a bedroom with two twins. Keep in mind that this staircase is steeper, and photos are available if requested.  There is a second full bath with a shower stall and a queen bedroom located off the back of the kitchen area.

Nearby Port Clyde Kayaks will drop off and pick up for your convenience. Port Clyde Village is only about a mile away and is a quick drive for morning coffee, lunch, or evening ice cream after dinner. Marshall Point Lighthouse and Museum is 1.7 miles away. Monhegan Boat Line is 1.3 miles from the home. Owls Head Lighthouse is 20 miles away. Rockland is 18 miles away for grocery shopping. Popular Camden is 25 miles, and Bar Harbor is 101 miles from home.
