The apartment, accessible from an external staircase connected directly to the private garage in the basement, offers cozy and functional environments, furnished with simplicity and care. Inside, it has a bright living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, induction stove, oven and refrigerator. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a second bedroom with two bunk beds , for a total of six beds . The bathroom is modern and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.
