'This cottage was perfect for our family of 4. The location was great for visiting Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Fishtown and more. Our teens who love to fish spent hours in the kayaks on the lake bass fishing. We rented a pontoon on Long Lake one day too (so close). The kitchen had everything we needed for meals at house and we used the grill several times. The hosts were easy to reach if needed. Would highly recommend. One tip: bring your own drinking water. '

'My husband and I enjoyed our two week stay in this cute cosy cottage. It was was very comfortable, including the king bed, and it had pretty much everything we needed for our stay, including a well equipped kitchen. It is in a very quiet and peaceful location, close to Sleeping Bear dunes, Frankfort and many hiking trails and beaches. The air conditioning was appreciated for some of the hotter days and when air quality was poor due to Canadian wildfires.We hope to be back!'

'We had a wonderful stay at River Falld Cottage! The location is perfect—peaceful and scenic, yet convenient to everything we needed. The house was well-equipped with everything to make our weekend comfortable and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, steam shower, and the beautiful views of the river right outside the windows. It was the perfect spot for a refreshing getaway, and we will definitely stay here again.'

House was clean and perfect for what we needed. 2 parents, 2 adult children and 2 teens with plenty of rooms for all to be comfortable. The 2 bathrooms were a lifesaver! Host was great and responded quickly! Great place to stay. And down the street to Lake Michigan, maybe a 5 mins walk. Can’t beat the location. '
