'This property is located in an undesirable area. Neighboring properties are surrounded by chain-link fencing. There were 2 cars in the hotel parking lot that had been vandalized, and the management had signs posted prominently, alerting guests that the hotel was not responsible for vehicles or belongings left in the hotel parking lot.
