The space
Enjoy your very own romantic retro house in historic Tbilisi. Events are welcome. So come lounge on the spacious terrace, and sip wine below the string lights in the courtyard as Tbilisi’s most ancient district glows around you. Place is 30 sq.m. There is a boat ladder attaches the ground floor to the second one.

With striking views of the 4th-century Narikala fortress, and the hulking Sameba Cathedral, you will find yourself in the place where Tbilisi was founded by King Vaktang Gorgasali who discovered the warm waters of Tbilisi’s sulfur baths while bird hunting.
Guest access
You will have access day and night to our spacious tiled courtyard and the terrace. The terrace has a great view of Sameba Cathedral in all seasons. We provide outside tables, chairs, and an outside electric heater. This his sweet little cottage has everything you need and more.

We offer airport pickup as well as transportation around the city if needed . We offer tours and can line up excursions outside the city as well — all at a great price. We provide with cot and stroller for little ones.
