« This is a very comfortable spacious cottage with all the amenities! Our family of 10 ( ranging in age from 2 - 70) thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There is a playroom in the basement which the kids enjoyed and two living areas to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped and there is an additional frig in the party cave for drinks, ice etc. The outside deck is large with a gazebo for shade, a BBQ, and the hot tub is an added bonus. Campfires were enjoyed in the evening in the large lawn...

« The house was great, had lots of room and great decorating. Love that the bedrooms had space for your things alongside the bed. I would say this place is bare bones though, no dressers for your clothes, no side tables or lamps in all of the rooms. The beds were very cheap and the mattresses were uncomfortable (you could feel the springs). There were linens and towels provided but I’m not sure how deep a clean this place gets in between guests (found hair in the shower, hair on the toilet, floors...

« It was a nice and neat quiet space that was nicer than I expected given the price. It’s location was close enough to Gravenhurst that we had no issue with getting food and supplies, and close enough to the dark sky preserve that it was convenient to stay there rather than drive all the way back to Toronto so late at night. « It has been 13 years since we spent dedicated time together away from our hustle-bustle lives! My mom is 95 and absolutely loved the pool as did one of my sisters and my (only) brother! My other two sisters have limited mobility using walkers, one requiring extra-special care. This wonderful space was perfect for them... main floor bedrooms/bath and the huge kitchen/gathering area were ideal. Perhaps the owners would consider adding railings here and there to assist better use of the outdoor...
