Bedrooms: 3 furnished bedrooms in total. The master bedroom is on the ground floor (double bed); two bedrooms are on the first floor (one double, one with twin beds). All bedrooms feature Air Conditioning. Bed linen is provided. ( * Special conditions).

Bathrooms: 1 bathroom equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Bath towels are provided.

📜 Special conditions for the property

Bedroom: The standard occupancy of the accommodation is a maximum of 6 people, with only 2 bedrooms provided. For reservations of 7 or 8 guests, an additional fee of 35 euros per night will apply to grant access to the third bedroom.

Swimming pool: The swimming pool heating by solar panels is only guaranteed on sunny days, and it cannot be ensured in the absence of sunlight.
