'The entire property is extremely clean. The lobby, room, bathroom, pool area, dining areas. The staff is wonderfully helpful and friendly. I have stayed at this property 7 or 8 times. I leave my home in Southern California and travel all day, with my three small children,through Utah and other states to get to Idaho Falls for an overnight stop to Northern Idaho. Almost every time, we have been welcomed with a small complimentary dinner that has been an incredible blessing after traveling all day...

'The hotel has friendly staff and is situated in a beautiful location along the River Walk. Unfortunately, I am less satisfied with the customer service. Three days ago, I sent an email reporting that I had encountered bedbugs during my stay, combined with hives. I also attached photos to the message. However, I have not received any response to date.'

'This property was a great option for a quick overnight stay. It was conveniently located off I-15 with a nearby gas station and some fast food options. Check in was easy and we were greeted by a helpful and friendly staff member at the front desk. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfy. Our stay was brief (about 10 hours) but we have zero complaints!'

'Our expectations were exceeded in every way. The place is immaculate and the attention to detail is everywhere. These people are clearly passionate about this place, and we feel grateful to have found it. Clean, beautiful, serene and peaceful throughout. We cannot wait to return; we will be coming back here regularly. Thank you for building and maintaining such an amazing place - I would leave 6 stars if I could!'
