'It's a budget hotel, so everything is pretty basic, but importantly, everything works and is certainly comfortable enough. Staff were friendly and very helpful, even with limited English. Location is a bit outside the centre, but perfect for the (Fire) Balloon Festival being a 5-10 minute walk from the launcing site at Awayyar Fire Balloon Field.'

'We were granted an upgrade to the Provoost Suite upon arrival. That is a large, semi detached villa which is really beautiful and luxurious. Really enjoyed that. :-) The only minor remark is that the suite would be even nicer with a splash of colour. It was a little dull in regards to the colour choice. Some bright, colourful fabric and/or painting could do the trick. The pool seems a bit small in high season, I fear. Nevertheless a beautiful dark tiled pool with a nice view towards the lake. We...
