'Didnt get told that you have to insert card into a slot to get electricity stumbled around with a light from my phone till i found the little slot on the wall with instructions should of been told that by staff when checking in also room never cooled down lower then 77 i didnt complain because i figured it would cool down thru the nite but it didnt breakfast was ok staff doing the breakfast were very nice also pool was very dirty and no pool toweles i had to go in and ask for towels. ...

'First off the front desk staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful with each interaction. The room was clean, beds comfortable and very nicely decorated and sizeable. Our only complaint was that the bar area did not have it's own trash receptacle, the only other one in the room was tiny. It is hard to clean up properly when you don't have enough space for your trash. Won't stop us from returning however. Thank you for a wonderful stay.'

'This hotel was absolutely wonderful. We had our own private casita with stunning desert and rock views. The entire resort is lovely and walkable. The pools were beautiful and we truly enjoyed our stay here. We have already recommended it to all of our friends. We will definitely be back except this time for a longer stay.'

'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'My Stay was good. Location was good. Clean hotel. I wasn't aware they charge $10/night for parking but just FYI. Breakfast every morning. Cleaned the room. However, didn't leave clean towels. Besides that everything was good and staff friendly.'

'The AC Hotel in Arizona has a beautifully cozy atmosphere and a stunning building design. Unfortunately, the room itself was very small, and the narrow corridor made it difficult to navigate with our luggage, especially with the cleaning staff in the way. 'Het hotel bood weinig aan accommodatie om te eten, geen ontbijt, geen maaltijden, slechts een kleine bar met enkele snacks. Dit is goed om weten indien men daarop gesteld is. Bij Marriott aan de overzijde (toch auto nemen zeker bij plus 40°) was het ontbijt zeer lekker, en het Italiaans restaurant dat we uitkozen was uitstekend, mooie inrichting en lekker eten.'
