'Excellent location (shopping areas, public transport), friendly staff, great view from the room (33rd floor). Interior hotel and room design is getting a bit outdated and could use a refresh, including the bathroom. Would still recommend because of the positive items of this review.'

'Although the room was not as clean as expected, the high service standard has more than made up for the above. The room is very well-designed with everything travellers need. Guests are provided with free drinks and snacks nearly round the clock. All the above serve to ensure travellers a comfortable stay in this hotel.'

'The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The area is nearby dotonbori. The hotel is just a minute walk away. But the noisy area of dotonbori doesn't bother the hotel. Next time in Osaka, I will definitely be back here!'

'A fine hotel and very clean. The rooms are well-equipped but on the small side. There are a few minor points to note: sometimes you have to wait a long time for the elevator, and check-in is only possible from 3:00 PM onwards.'

'We zijn 2 nachten verbleven en hebben dit als prettig ervaren. Het hotel is qua ligging goed en ligt op paar minuten lopen van Shin Osaka Station. Ook is het hotel erg schoon en erg betaalbaar. Kortom, aanbevelen waard!'

'Newer hotel, definitely not a 5 star hotel in room, service and breakfast quality. Bathroom smaller than one in Holiday Inn Express. Although rooms were paid in advance at arrival a relative high amount of bail was asked for and the small amount of tourist tax had to be paid directly and could not be put on the bill at check out. The architect who designed the room should be sent back to school, what a bunch of unpractical errors. In my case 5 star expectations were not met but had my...
