The property with a beautifully manicured garden is surrounded by a stone wall which, together with the covered outdoor dining area with fireplace and many wooden details, adds to the traditional Istrian feel. The villa is extremely spacious and cosy thanks to the bright rooms, elegant lines and the large glass door that opens from the living room onto the pool, where the house also receives plenty of sunlight.

For an extra luxurious feel, there is also a pool with 8 sun loungers where you can enjoy the warm Istrian sun.



Villa Ema is not a party house and younger groups of visitors are not allowed. This newly built holiday home is located in the village of Tar with interesting cultural and recreational events (e.g. donkey races), close to Porec and only 3 km from the beach. Porec is a town with a rich cultural heritage, whose massive city walls defy time and greet visitors from all over the world. Don't miss a visit to the Euphrasian Basilica. Built in the middle of the 6th century in Byzantine style, the church is considered one of the most beautiful works of art in the world. The nearby small town of Visnjan is situated on the top of a hill, surrounded by rich forests of the picturesque Istrian countryside. The ancient terrace on the main square, which can be entered through a Venetian arch, gives an amazing sea view. Since the days of Venetian rule, Visnjan has served as a well-known trading centre where all kinds of agricultural products and tools were sold. Even today, a traditional open market is held on the last Thursday of every month, which is a special attraction for people from all over Istria. Visnjan is also world famous for its astronomical observatory.
