Le motel est bien placé pour visiter la région. Personnel peu aimable lors du check-in. Qualité globale convenable (propreté des draps à vérifier à l’arrivée). Le petit déjeuner est assez sommaire.

Je ne recommande pas du tout
Accueil désagréable à la limite de l'incorrection. Hôtel vieillissant. La chambre était à peu près propre mais le lavabo était bouché. Il y avait une inondation dans le couloir de l'hôtel. La moquette était complètement trempée et personne ne s'en ai soucié. Dans le hall, il y avait une déjection animale qui est restée sur place jusqu'au lendemain. Petit déjeuner basique. Nous y avions déjà séjourné en 2017 et cela nous avait paru très correct. Il y a eu de grosses dégradations depuis.

Try to find another place
We booked a suite months ago and when we arrived at the hotel, we were told that the hotel had done some overbooking and that our booked room was already taken. We were given a standard room instead and offered a discount. We did not like the room and the breakfast.

We were first given a room that had not been cleaned. The only ice machine was broken. We had white flakes of something on the bathroom floor.

The light in our bathroom was burned out. Management offered to put us in another room but by then we had been in the room for an hour and were unpacked. There seemed to be other instances of disrepair and shabbiness. But management tried to be accommodating.

We were very pleased with our stay. We had a recommendation from one of the employees on Saturday night for a steakhouse, which was very good. The.bed was comfortable , they had a refrigerator and microwave which was good.

Rooms not maintained. Floor not clean, commode running, curtains and bed coverlet looked like they had been wadded up in a basket for a month then hung. Was given new room promptly by staff. Requested clean sheets and informed there weren’t any. No staff available to do laundry. Staff trying, not enough help. Room ok sleeping only, reasonably quiet. Poor quality. Upside had refrigerator.

Not a terrible place to stay fairly clean. Very noisy, staff seems overwhelmed. Room is ok, missing smoke detector, had leftover food in the fridge when I arrived. Good parking though. I think it was fine for what it costs, but could have been better.

We stayed at the Super 8 in Taos for two nights. Absolutely awful. DO NOT STAY HERE. Had a horrible experience at check-in with completely disrespectful front desk staff. Came with a service dog and politely let them know as I do in every hotel I stay at. They demanded that we provide service animal paperwork with no understanding of the two legal service animal questions they are permitted to ask. This does not comply with ADA law and made us extremely uncomfortable. After trying to explain the law in a friendly manner, we were ignored. We were asked by the staff “what is that going to change?” as they pointed to the no pets sign again. We explained that the service animal is not a pet and that she is working. The staff got visibly upset and said “fine, you can have your pet in the room but we will be inspecting every sheet, towel, and linen and will be charging you for any dirtied or damaged items.” This statement also does not comply with ADA law. I then had to call Wyndham customer service to call the front desk to explain the law to them.

We booked this room specifically because it had breakfast included, the juice/water dispenser didn’t work. The waffle mix didn’t come out, and one of the cereal dispensers was broke. This was very disappointing.

When we got to our room at 11:00 pm the room was trashed and we had to wait for them to clean it. We needed an extra blanket for our room and they didn’t have any. The key was messed up to the room. This has not been a good experience

This hotel and the people who run it are disgusting. We attempted to check into our room only to find the room a disgusting mess and the beds all tore up, and not even made when I complain to the front desk. They offered us a second room and took us in it to show us how nice it was, but it wasn't. It was tore up trashed and the beds all tore up again. Neither room was made up. They called the manager. Manager said well, give me a full refund and good luck. Finding another room. I've never been treated like this. I've never been so grossed out. They wanted us to wait while they made up the rooms. And we're not talking about at noon. We're talking about at 9 PM way past when they were supposed to be done. But after walking in seeing the room looking disgusted, nobody wants to go back again, Oh, it's nice now. No, it was terrible. It cost me $60 more to get another room. It was worth it. I would tell everybody that goes to this motel skip It go down the street to the Quality Inn.
