Light pours through deep-set windows, a sunlit library invites slow afternoons, and the layout gives groups of up to ten plenty of room to gather or find a quiet corner.

The viga-beamed living room is the heart of the home, anchored by a wood-burning kiva fireplace and lined with built-in bookshelves that make up the library. Getting Around:

Parking is available on-site for up to five vehicles. In winter, allow extra time as mountain roads toward the ski valley can be snowy.

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

• This home does not have air conditioning; ceiling fans and the high-desert climate keep it comfortable, and windows open for cooling evenings.

• Fireplaces: Only the living room wood-burning fireplace is functional and may be used. Other kiva fireplaces are decorative.

• Pets: We are dog-friendly, up to 2 dogs. Please supervise pets and enjoy the yard responsibly.

• The minimum age to book is 25.

• Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Only registered guests are permitted.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

• Outdoor areas are shared with local wildlife; please keep an eye on small items and pets.

• TVs are provided; please log in with your own streaming credentials.
