The interior layout is as follows:



- LIVING AREA with a KITCHENETTE (featuring a gas stove, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and kitchen utensils) and a dining table;

- SLEEPING AREA with a double bed and a closet;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- BALCONY furnished with a small table and deck chair.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning via a split A/C unit (one unit serving all rooms), clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.



PLEASE NOTE: Heating is provided via a split-system A/C unit—one unit serves the entire space.



The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.



We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange early check-ins or late check-outs, if possible, provided there are no other guests checking out or checking in. Any requests can only be confirmed the day before arrival.



Seven days before your arrival, you’ll receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax.

We require this procedure to verify your information and documents and to submit the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Taormina Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



For all check-ins between 8:30 PM and 12:00 AM, a surcharge will apply, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:

From 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM: EUR 25;

From 10:30 PM to 12:00 AM: EUR 35.

Check-ins cannot be arranged after 12:00 a.m., even for an additional fee.

From the Catania-Fontanarossa Airport, you can reach Taormina by:

- An Interbus bus to Taormina.

- AMT Alibus to the Catania station, where you can take the regional train to the Taormina train station.

- Taxi from the airport (about a 1-hour ride).

From the Taormina train station, you can reach the city center by taking an Interbus.



Please note: the entire historic center of Taormina is closed to traffic, so you’ll need to leave your car in one of the city’s parking lots. The Lumbi Parking Lot (paid parking) is a 20-minute walk from your accommodation.
