'The house was perfect for a quiet, long weekend of fishing and relaxing. Smith Island is a unique get-away with a small town charm and welcoming residents who made us feel like home. The Pearl had everything we needed with comfortable accommodations given the relative seclusion of the island. Leigh and Chris were extremely responsive.'

'Excellent property, excellent host. This is a very well-appointed property located very close to the ferry dock. Golf cart, bikes, and kayaks were in great shape. Chris could not have been a more responsive or helpful host.'

'Even though we could only stay one night, we thoroughly enjoyed our time. So much detail to everything, games for kids, cleanliness, coffee for adults, its own little bird sanctuary out back with hummingbirds. The patriotic theme throughout was my favorite. 'This property was beautiful, clean, very large. We were able to sleep 17 people very comfortably. The screened in porch was great for relaxing at night. And the yard was large enough for the kids and dogs to hangout and play. The host were very helpful and even took steps before our arrival to make the house more comfortable.
