The Space:

You step into a simply designed paradise where the hum of the city fades and the comfort of home takes over. Sunlight filters through the windows, highlighting the spacious living area that invites the whole family to gather, share stories, and unwind after a day of exploring Lutz. A small patio off the lounge offers a quiet spot for two, perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine under the sky.



Sleeping arrangements

Four queen bedrooms each enjoy their own full bathroom, giving every guest privacy and convenience. The beds are dressed in soft linens, promising restful nights after adventures at nearby attractions.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked with everything needed for simple meals, from a stovetop to a microwave and essential cookware. A breakfast nook sits beside the kitchen, while a separate dining area provides ample space for family meals and board games.



Living space

The large living room comfortably seats everyone, with plush seating that encourages movie nights or relaxed conversation. A free washer and dryer are tucked nearby, making longer stays hassle‑free.



Outdoor living

Step onto the second‑floor balcony for a brief breath of fresh air. We do not provide access to the community amenities.



Neighborhood & nearby attractions

A short five‑minute drive (2.2 mi) brings you to the University of South Florida campus, while the Museum of Science & Industry is just eight minutes away (4.2 mi). Thrill‑seekers will love the eleven‑minute (4.5 mi) drive to Busch Gardens Tampa. Nature lovers can explore Takomah Trail Park (10 min, 5.1 mi) or Lettuce Lake Park (13 min, 5.9 mi) for hiking, wildlife spotting, and picnics.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
