'The location was tricky to find based on the instructions. The check in process wasn't smooth and there was no information in the place about wifi code, where to put garbage, etc. The layout of the place was vey disconnected which is not conducive for a family with young children. It was also extremely loud at night from the traffic. The listing did not indicate how close the place is to the road. '

The owner, Mike, lacked in communication, multiple attempts to contact for confirmation, checking in and directions was frustrating. 40 mins prior our arrival he notified me via VRBO messaging that our room wasn’t available and moved us to a comparable room. 'Wir hatten eigentlich die Unterkunft Casa Palma gebucht, die jedoch einen Wasserschaden hatte, weshalb wir ein "Upgrade" zu Casa Almendra bekommen haben. Vor Ort haben wir zuerst festgestellt, dass das W-Lan für die umliegenden Unterkünfte nicht funktioniert hat und bis zu unserer Abreise das Problem nicht behoben werden konnte. Die Unterkunft ist generell nur für Gäste mit sehr geringen Ansprüchen geeignet. Für 4 Personen auch sehr billig. Wir (zu zweit) konnten uns leider nicht wohl fühlen, da...

'First time is Santa Teresa. Heard mixed reviews. But, found the town and surrounding area to be fantastic for a short get away. Loft had everything necessary for enjoyable stay. And, the location was a short distance from excellent restaraunts and places to enjoy a cocktail.'
