Private colonial style villa with pool in the courtyard, the rooms all have AC and private bathrooms. The house comes equipped with beach towels, beach chairs and BBQ. We have a total of 4 bedrooms , 3 have its own full bath and 1 has a shared bath and uses the guest 1/2 bathroom .
We have 2 rooms with king beds, 1 room with a queen bed and one room with 2 indivudual beds plus a sleeping couch . The house sleeps comfortable 8 persons but could also be used up to 10 .

The villa is within walking distance of several excellent restaurants and the beautiful beach at Playa Langosta. Downtown Tamarindo is approximately a 15-minute walk away, either along the main road or via the beach at low tide, where you can enjoy stunning ocean views along the way.

Please note that the villa is designed for tropical indoor-outdoor living. The main living areas are open to the outdoors and are not air-conditioned. Air conditioning is provided in the bedrooms only.
